Twenty-five
percent of the Associate and twenty-five percent of the CPC certificants
completing each four-year certification period will be randomly
chosen for an audit and required to submit their CPD
Folders to the Commission according to established guidelines.
Detailed instructions for the completion of the audit process
will be provided to those selected to participate. All other
certificants will be required to sign statements attesting that
the CPD requirements have
been met. Notification of audit and statements for signatures
will be sent to certificants during the last quarter of the final
year of the current certification period. Attestation statements
are due on the certification expiration date. Certificants chosen
for audit are given an additional 3 weeks to complete re certification.
